Safer Chemistry Limited is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) and can use your support before the end of 2025 to help a family in the LA wildfire rebuild who lost their home and had zero insurance.

The Needs In These Rebuilds Is Great It is difficult to state a precise number of people struggling to rebuild after the wildfires in LA last January. Many families are facing a combination of no insurance coverage and extremely high rebuilding costs, making it very hard to return to the communities where they once lived.

The Family We Are Trying To Help

Safer Chemistry Limited’s founder is a builder and early fire-elimination technologist who is working to raise donations to build one small, approximately 1,800 sq. ft. fire-resilient home in the Palisades. This home is for a young mother with two children who lost her insurance six months before the fire destroyed their home and everything in it. They lost everything even there clothing and are now living in apartment.

Our Goal Is To Break Ground Soon

With your support, we aim to try and break ground before Christmas to provide a glimmer of Hope. Together with all our Great Suppliers we not only to get this family back into a safe home, but also to build what may be the most fire-resilient wood-framed structure ever built in America. We want to prove that it is possible to build fire-resistant homes affordably and, in doing so, help homeowners qualify for better insurance options than the California Fair Plan, which largely focuses on hardened landscaping alone.

Two Ponies Heroically Rescued From Devastating Palisades Fire

Two ponies were lost in the Palisades fire but have been recovered following the heroic rescue efforts of In Defense of Animals (IDA) board member Sammy Zablen and his team, in collaboration with Advanced Fire Rescue and Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue. Philozoia Animal Rescue initially called for assistance to evacuate their ponies in Malibu, and Zablen and his team stepped up to help. ≥/
